Do I need a Property Manager?             YES

    What are your office hours?                  

    Office Hours 9:00- 6:00pm, Monday through Saturday.

    What about Emergencies?

    Someone on staff is on call to answer all calls, 24 – 7.

    What happens once you find aqualified tenant?

    Our job has just begun, even though we have secured a tenant.  We take care of the day to day issues that arise from maintenance to accounting.

    How do you handle the accounting andreporting to owners?

    We collect the monthly rent, pay for any repairs and distribute the proceeds by the end of the month.  The tenant’s check needs to clear before issuing any owner’s checks.  We have an easy, understandable and readable report distributed to you each month.  At the end of the year each owner will receive a 1099 and statement for you to present to your accountant for tax preparation.

    What areas do you service?

    All Pinellas County. St. Petersburg, St. Petersburg Beach, Clearwater, Clearwater Beach, Pinellas Park, Seminole, Largo, Dunedin, Safety Harbor and all surrounding areas.

    Do you handle Short Term or VacationRental?           YES

    A short term agreement is under six months and is taxable. We love vacation rentals, we coordinate the calendar, all inquiries and bookings arrangements.  Can be daily, weekly or monthly, which are all taxable.  We are set up to collect all taxes and pay on your behalf. 

    What are your charges?

    On Annual leases we collect 10% of the collected amount of rent and one-half of the first month rent to secure a tenant. Renewal of leases are $150 and a charge of $150 for end of the year accounting fee.  

    What if I want Blue-Line Realty to pay my mortgage, property taxes and insurance?

    We are able to make those payments through your property’s trust account at those due dates.

    Can rent proceeds be deposit to my personalbank account?       YES

    We offer direct deposit to your personal bank of choice at no additional charge.
